If you can't find an object in the scene, click on the police badge to reveal the location of an item. The hints are limited, so to increase them, you have to find police badges in the scenes. In every scene, there are several fingerprints hidden that can help you find the suspects more easily. Also, every time you make an incorrect click 10 seconds are subtracted from the available time.
The game includes two difficulty levels: Rookie and detective. In Rookie mode, there is no timer, so you can play at your own pace, whereas in Detective mode, every part of the game is timed, so you can add a bit more challenge.
